BJC Logistics manages 3 distribution centres, one located in town at Kluay Nam Thai, Sukumvit 42 Road, 2nd one at Rachburana and the main DC at Kingkaew 21 Road adjacent to the new Suvanapoom International Airport, or 12 kilometers to the East of Bangkok on Bangna-Trad highway. With a combined capacity of over 60,000 sq mt, they offer un-rivaled quality for shared user facilities. They are both equipped with full fire protection, CCTV and alarm systems. A modern, fully functional and flexible WMS namely ISIS is installed throughout all of our warehousing locations. Cross-docking
BJC Logistics cross-dock operations keep our clients' products moving continuously. A successful cross-dock program requires precision timing of carriers and complete visibility to the location of every truck or container and every item. BJC Logistics has experience creating and managing these programs in the most demanding situations.

Once the materials are in the warehouse, BJC Logistics optimizes the time spent handling inventory through careful design of locations. Techniques like dynamic slotting, in which our warehouse system automatically optimizes the location of products in the warehouse based on their "activity level", can dramatically reduce order picking time and associated labor costs. Our inventory management programmes can dramatically improve inventory accuracy. Metrics for our clients show inventory accuracy at 99.99% in most cases. Complex rules for lot tracking compliance are handled consistently. Our lot match control capabilities support an effective order merge solution in a build to order environment.
