BJC Logistics aims

with clients is by running the highest quality operation, and by
measuring performance to constantly improve it.
Our policy of providing "best-in-class"
service via a quality management system has resulted in the company
being awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification
in 2010.
As part of our ISO
9001:2008 Quality Policy, we regularly monitor customer satisfaction
as one of the measurements of our performance. We also monitor information
relating to customer perception as to whether we met their expectations.
This is an ongoing process, and helps to ensure
that we are achieving our objectives and delivering on our promise
for quality services, innovation and continual improvement.
